"Amazon University" (not built by Amazon.com) will be threat to all higher ed. Will evaluate all things about you as a student and use an algorithm to determine what would be best for you as a student (e.g. a course, a training, a placement exam, a tutorial, a session or several sessions with an expert, etc.). Western Governors' University comes closest to this.
